Speechless

As Susannah pulled into Dogwood Venue for her bridal session, it was like heaven shined down and blessed us with the perfect day! You see, Susannah had just flown in from Dallas, Texas and was hopping on a flight home the very next day. Needless to say, we really needed this day to workout. And you guys, we can’t imagine this bridal session going any better!

Brides often ask us if we think doing a bridal session is a good idea, and our answer is the same every single time – YES! There are so many benefits in doing a bridal session and we’ve listed a few of our favorites below!

1. Your bridal session is the perfect time for you to show your hair and makeup artist the look that you’d like for your wedding! It’s a test run for the real deal and an opportunity to perfect the look you want.  Your florist can make the bouquet you have dreamed of, and you get to be in your dress for a period of time to make sure there are no adjustments needed!  
2. There isn’t a more beautiful decoration to display at your reception (or in your new home) than an enlarged bridal print or canvas of how simply stunning you are as a bride! 
3. You’re only a bride once, and we believe in celebrating this time! Soak in every minute- and Refuge Ryan insists your future hubby will be so happy to have these images of his forever beautiful bride!

And ladies, we love bridal sessions because it’s an opportunity for us to be a Refuge for you! We want you to feel so loved, so valued, and like the beautiful woman that you are – inside and out.  Oh, and did we mention that we love any chance to hangout with the absolute best brides?!

Susannah, we are never getting over your bridal session at Dogwood Venue! You are such an amazing woman, with a beautiful heart, and we are so thankful to call you a Refuge Bride! But so much more, we’re thankful to call you friend! We can’t wait to find a reason to visit you in Dallas soon!
