A Beautiful Love

As we arrived in snow covered Telluride, Colorado for Wren’s winter wedding, 2 things really stood out to us.. First, the natural beauty of the snow covered hills and mountains was the perfect place for Wren and Brock to celebrate their wedding! But secondly, I must have been listening to a song about the beach when I was packing for this trip <insert eye roll at how I packed. And yet when we were with Wren and Brock, all that we could think about was how perfect they are together. Just like Telluride, Colorado was the perfect destination for their wedding! All I’m saying, if Disney chooses to make Frozen 3 – they need to call Wren! She walked through the snow covered mountains in her wedding dress with ease, she danced like a princess who controlled the wind and snow, and her beauty brought so much warmth to the cold winds that would cut against our faces. Not one single complaint was heard, and if they were thought they must have been let go! Because when you’re marrying your best friend, in your favorite place- that’s a celebration! 

Custom Made For Telluride, Colorado

It’s not a secret that I (Ryan) like going to Fellow Menswear and having custom clothes made! From suits, shirts, pants, vest, and any form of clothing you can think of – I LOVE custom clothing and the experience that it offers.. Anna would say a little too much😉 But something that can’t be denied is the uniqueness of the look and fit of a custom made garment (blog dedicated to this coming later)! For his wedding day, Brock  killed the game and wore a custom 3 piece suit, but guys – the custom didn’t stop there! Just like me, Brock’s wedding band was custom made and I think the story behind it is so cool. The outer edges are made from the charred barrels of one of Brock’s favorite Bourbon’s and drink of the weekend, Buffalo Trace. The inner circle of his ring is made from the horns of Colorado elk. I think it’s so special how Brock will have a piece of their wedding story, (Colorado) on his hand each day.

When trying to but into words what you two mean to us and how amazing you are, words fail us. You are both amazing people on your own, but together – together you two are a perfect fit! You share a love that’s infectious and everyone wants to be around. People can’t help but want more of you in their lives. Keep that. Nurture it. Fight for it. Because while you two are simply living and loving each other, you’re showcasing a love story that is inspiring so many others. We wish you both a lifetime full of the most joyous marriage and life that you could ever imagine! And we pray that even on your hardest days, you can look at images from your wedding day and feel the love you share, and the love others have for you!  And always remember these two things.. We’re always here to be a Refuge for you! And you can choose to be #HoneymoonersForever!
